Black Rock City Location - 1998

Sean Lazar helping build the Black Rock City store location.	The humble beginnings of the CSTO empire.
Subject to corporate raids in its first year, CSTO later struck back with a powerhouse business development division.	From the beginning, customer satisfaction was priority one at Costco. This customer received personal service.
Black Rock City store manager Rico later became Costco CEO.	Costco's first year shoestring budget required a very modest company fleet.
Employee development was an early priority.	As a member of the Black Rock City Chamber of Commerce, CSTO staff were welcomed into BRC elite society.
